Part-Time Client Accountant

Day-to-day of the role:

• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately.
• Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Manage invoices and oversee payment processes.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and annual reporting.
• Handle queries relating to outstanding payments.
• Produce reports for internal use.
• Support compliance with financial procedures and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
