Job Title: Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Hoo, RochesterContract Type: Temporary to PermanentSalary: Up to £36,000Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm (rotating weekly)
Role Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in leading day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and adherence to health and safety standards while supporting the wider supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 4–5 warehouse operatives.
- Overseeing staff performance, handling employee issues and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Picking and packing using handheld scanners.
- Loading and unloading lorries.
- Booking deliveries and coordinating logistics.
- Managing stock control and inventory accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Prior experience managing a small team (4–5 people).
- Valid counterbalance or reach truck licence.
