This means: You ll get full training in the role for 12 weeks where you ll be based in our Nottingham office. This supports your development in the role but also allows you to learn more about our culture and build relationships with colleagues. During your training, your working hours will be 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Once you’ve completed training, your hours will be 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. You ll transition to mostly working from home and you ll spend a day in our office every 2 weeks. This will be for team building, collaboration and the opportunity to meet and spend time with your colleagues face to face. However, if you want to work from the office more, you can!
