Finance Assistant – Be Part of a Global Logistics Powerhouse!
Immediate start (Monday 15th June)
Milton Keynes based
£16-£18ph (inside IR35)
8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
4 days office, 1 day working from home

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accurately process invoices, reconcile credit cards, and review financial transactions.
- Keep their databases up-to-date and ensure all records are spot-on.
- Communicate confidently with suppliers to verify and resolve queries.
- Spot discrepancies, flag issues, and help keep their finances running smoothly.
- Support the wider finance team with data entry, reporting, and admin tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Good communicator who can confidently liaise with suppliers and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is your playground!).
- Positive team player ready to roll up your sleeves.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with invoice systems like Xero, Dext, SAP, Sage, or similar.
- Previous finance or admin support experience.
- Ability to create simple reports and summaries.
