Description
- Chasing payments via phone and email.
- Oversee and manage customer credit accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and account reconciliations.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating credit risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
