You will manage current assets through to delivery, ensuring adherence to goodpracticeand processes. Your responsibilities will include undertaking land purchase exercises for new opportunities, establishing technical constraints and solutions for successful development, and negotiating contracts for the Land Director’s approval and completion. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and react to land market activity, capitalising on emerging opportunities.
