Purchase Ledger Clerk Job at Pocklington, North Yorkshire Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a friendly finance team based in a beautiful, scenic location on the outskirts of York. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a flexible role within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently

· Performing bank reconciliations

· Assisting with supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships

· Supporting the finance team with general ledger duties

· Using Xero and Excel on a daily basis

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts role

· Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

· Must have access to own transport due to location
