Responsibilities * Take charge of the entire Front Office operation, ensuring seamless service and high standards. * Support the Night Manager by monitoring guest satisfaction and spotting trends to enhance experiences. * Own the Night Audit, ensuring all reports and records are accurate and up to date. * Be the face of leadership in the absence of senior managers – taking full responsibility for the hotel. * Handle security and emergency procedures like a pro, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times. * Provide a clear and detailed handover to the early staff/Duty Manager, keeping operations smooth. * Conduct Health & Safety checks and Night Walks, ensuring everything is in top shape. * Stay on top of all hotel operations, making sure every department is in sync.
