RoleResponsibilities:

Whatto Expect as a Senior Nursery RoomLeader:

• Ensure thateducational strategies and practices are consistent across multiplerooms.
• Lead the planning and delivery ofactivities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs ofthe children.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders,promoting a collaborative and high-performingteam.
• Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding ofchildren, making necessary adaptations to support children withadditional needs.
• Foster strong relationshipswith parents, keeping them informed of their child’sdevelopment.
• Ensure compliance with health,safety, and safeguarding protocols across thecentre.

Required Qualifications:

IdealCandidate:

• Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.
• Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as aSenior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or SeniorNursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive andsupportive environment for both children and teammembers.
