Reporting into our Logistics Manager, this role will support the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of transport and logistics operations, including van driving, route planning, vehicle maintenance, alongside container & equipment storage, maintenance & loading. Crucially, this role ensures timely and compliant movement of goods and equipment across domestic and international routes.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Transport OperationsDrive company vans for scheduled and ad-hoc deliveries and collectionsContribute towards the planning of transport & freight movementsCoordinate ad-hoc transport bookings and movements as requiredFleet and Vehicle ManagementMonitor and schedule vehicle and plant maintenance to ensure operational readinessEnsure vehicle compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsOrder fuel and manage toll payments for domestic routesContainer and Equipment HandlingEnsure storage facilities and operational areas are maintained and organisedAssist with container refurbishment and refresh activities (e.g., relabelling, cleaning, tidying & repairs)Position containers for operational access or storage, ensuring readiness for loading/unloadingAssist with loading/unloading of stillages and pallets and general freight preparationOperate forklifts as trained in compliance with H&S requirements and regulationsReport any damages to equipment, plant, containers and vehiclesOtherOccasional travel may be requiredYou may be asked for flexibility in working hours to support operational demandsWhat Are We Looking For?Personal QualitiesIn this role it is essential that you are:Flexible and adaptableProcess driven and detail orientatedProactive, with a willingness to carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by your manager or the management team.QualificationsYou will need to have current UK driving license in this role.Not essential to be successful in the role but you may also have the following qualifications:HGV licenseForklift certification/competencyExperiencePrior to the role it would be essential that you:Experience in transport planning and logistics coordinationRemaining compliant with company safety and security protocolsSome desirable experience that you may bring to the role:Experience using logistics or fleet management software (desirable)Knowledge & SkillsPrior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:Dangerous goods awarenessFamiliarity with shipping documentation and customs proceduresBasic mechanical understanding for vehicle/plant maintenance coordinationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhy join the force behind the sport?Joining F1 means becoming part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and personal growth.
