Sanderson is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk & Workplace Team Lead to join our IT team. If you’re technically strong, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be ideal for you.
The Opportunity*Lead the day-to-day running of the IT Service Desk

*Deliver high-quality end-user support across the business

*Manage and develop service desk staff

*Support IT projects and contribute to process improvements

*Ensure systems and services meet security and compliance standards

*Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand and deliver requirements

What You’ll Be Doing*Managing incident resolution and service requests

*Overseeing device builds, troubleshooting, repairs, and lifecycle management

*Maintaining IT systems, documentation, and audit requirements

*Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders

*Ensuring adherence to Information Security standards

*Supporting wider business needs based on team priorities

Who You Are*2+ years’ experience leading an IT team

*5+ years’ hands-on technical experience

*Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Intune, and device builds

*ITIL qualified; Azure/Workplace certifications desirable

*Excellent communication and analytical skills

*Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making

*Able to work independently and collaboratively

Salary & Working Pattern*Competitive salary

*Hybrid working: 60% Bristol office, 40% from home

*37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
