The opportunity is for an experienced, commercially driven and highly sales focused Sales/Account Manager, with a strong background in ladieswear fashion supply, specialising in managing and growing retail accounts across UK and international markets. This role is office based. Manage and develop existing accounts, maintaining strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to increase sales, maximise account potential, and drive business growth. Present seasonal collections and product proposals to retail customers. Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery schedules to achieve commercial objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer performance to support strategic decision-making. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the product development and production process. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management. Proven experience in sales or account management within a fashion supplier environment. Established relationships with UK high street retailers, supermarkets, and online retailers. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
