The Senior Program Manager provides leadership and coordinated oversight for the delivery of a medium to large program, or a substantial component of a more complex program. The role ensures that all aspects of the program are integrated, governed, and managed effectively to achieve the required outcomes.
As a senior delivery leader, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing risks and issues, and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement. The role supports the development of program delivery approaches, fosters collaboration, and drives performance excellence across the program. It also contributes to organisational capability building and supports workâwinning activities
