This role is initially offered on an ongoing temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal start date for this position is 1st June.
This role is a hybrid working, varied finance role within a fantastic small team in a division of an international business.
The main focus of this role is credit control and administration, working with a customer base and supporting the smooth running of credit control processes. The role would suit someone with experience within accounts, someone who enjoys organisation and administration, and someone confident communicating with customers to ensure timely payments.
This is a varied position where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload while working within a supportive team environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved with:
• Managing the credit control inbox and customer account queries
• Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments via phone and email
• Sending invoices and statements to business owners
• Generating and reviewing monthly and quarterly reports
• Performing customer account reconciliations
• Supporting general finance administration and reporting tasks

To be considered for this role you must:
• Be a friendly, down-to-earth colleague who works well within a small team
• Have previous experience within accounts
• Be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Be happy to get involved with a variety of administrative and finance tasks
• Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Be confident working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Additional Information
• Full time role – 37.5 hours per week
• Hybrid working: 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office
• Standard working hours Monday – Friday
