We are currently looking for a motivated and organized IT Sales Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales operations, managing client relationships, and working within a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the IT sales team with daily coordination and administrative activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, follow-ups, and service updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
- Coordinate meetings, product presentations, and sales schedules
- Track sales performance and assist with reporting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales coordination, IT sales support, or business administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Interest or knowledge in IT products, software, or technology solutions is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
