Accounts Assistant Job at Colnbrook, Berkshire Full Time

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Assistant for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Processing day-to-day transactions.
• Customer Accounts reconciliations.
• Credit Control – reconciling customer accounts and chasing for payment.
• Production of customer statements on a monthly basis and reminder letters, when required.
• Supplier Accounts reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and any refunds.
• Inputting company expenses

Skills required:-

• Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control
• Attention to detail
• General maths skills
• Full Accounting skills
• Experience in accounting software (Sage)
• Time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Data entry management
• Excellent communication skills
• Freight experience

Working hours are; Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
