A growing and modern firm is seeking an experienced and organised Accounts Clerk or Credit Controller with strong credit control experience to join their expanding finance team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied finance role, building strong client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and working within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will play an important role supporting both finance operations and client account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining multiple client ledgers and accounts
• Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email in a professional manner
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment queries
• Assisting general accounts administration duties
• Producing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting month-end finance processes where required
• Liaising with clients and internal departments professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• At least 1-year recent experience in Credit Control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accounting software
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
