At Linnworks, we help businesses power and scale their eCommerce operations through automation. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Customer Education Specialist to help build engaging learning experiences that empower both our customers and internal teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating digital learning content, simplifying technical concepts, and helping users confidently adopt software solutions. You’ll work closely with Product, Education, and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality training materials, including video tutorials, guided walkthroughs, eLearning modules, and in-app learning experiences.

This role is remote-first, with hybrid options available in London or Chichester. Interested candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Develop customer-facing learning content focused on software workflows and product usage
Produce a range of digital learning assets, including:
Video tutorials
Screen recordings
Guided walkthroughs
eLearning modules
Visual learning assets and graphics
Apply instructional design best practices to create clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences
Simplify technical concepts into easy-to-follow training content
Keep customer and internal learning materials up to date as products evolve
Support the continued development of learning content using Articulate Storyline
Continuously improve content quality, consistency, and learner experience
Publish and maintain learning content across multiple platforms, including:
WordPress
Pendo
Absorb LMS
Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and consistently presented across all learning channels
Partner with Product and internal teams to support training for new product releases and updates
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve learning content and development processes
2–3 years of experience creating digital learning or training content
Experience creating short-form video learning content
Familiarity with video editing and screen capture tools such as:
Camtasia
Snagit
Experience working with learning platforms such as LMS tools, websites, or in-app guidance platforms
Exposure to or experience using Articulate Storyline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to explain technical or software concepts in a user-friendly way
Experience working in a SaaS or software environment
Understanding of instructional design or adult learning principles
Experience with:

Pendo
Absorb LMS
Adobe Photoshop
Learning content is delivered on time and kept aligned with product updates
Customers and internal teams can easily access engaging, effective training resources
Learning experiences are consistently high quality across all delivery platforms
