ECITB CCNSG & Safety Leadership Tutor Job at United Kingdom Full Time

*£35,000 + £4,000 Travel Allowance*

*The Role*

We are looking for a forward-thinking, diligent, and enthusiastic Tutor to deliver CCNSG and CCNSG Leading a Team Safely (LaTS) courses across the UK. This role is an integral part of our technical and engineering construction provision, where ECITB-approved training is critical to ensuring a high-quality, safe workforce.

You will travel to our training centres nationwide and support both in-person and remote delivery. As an ECITB-approved trainer, you will bring a minimum of 3 years of occupational experience to the classroom, adding essential depth to our licensed products.

This role represents a brand-new expansion of our engineering and technical provision. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to our assessment strategies and help shape the future of this business area.

*What You Will Deliver*

* CCNSG Safety Passport: Delivering core health and safety modules for contractors in the engineering construction industry.
* Leading a Team Safely (LaTS): Teaching safety leadership and team management to supervisors and managers.
* Cross-Sector Safety (CITB): *The ability to deliver SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) would be advantageous.*

*Essential Qualifications & Experience*

* Occupational Experience: Minimum 3 years in the engineering/construction sector.
* Discipline Experience: Minimum 3 years in Health and Safety management.
* HSE Qualification: NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher) or a Level 3 HSE qualification.
* Current Cards: A valid CCNSG card (and LaTS certificate for that pathway).
* Training Background: Evidence of “Train the Trainer” (min Level 2) or 3 years of evidenced training delivery.
