Axon Moore is delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Finance Manager to join a globally recognised market leader during an exciting growth phase.

This is a fully on-site role, working closely with Directors, operations, and project teams to drive performance, provide commercial insight, and manage a small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly management accounts, cash flow reporting, budgets & forecasts
• Provide P&L analysis, KPI reporting & contract performance insight to support business decisions
• Partner with production teams to understand profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support year-end audit and balance sheet reviews

About You:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified – ideally
• Manufacturing or engineering experience preferred
• Previous team management / mentoring experience
• Commercially minded with strong Excel skills
