The opportunity

We are seeking a Hospitality Real Estate and M&A Entrepreneur to become part of the Fund Partner Marketing and Communications (“FPMC”) Lab on a minimum 12-month contract, with the earliest start date being 15 June 2026.

As the Hospitality Real Estate and M&A Entrepreneur, you will serve as the nominator for Fund Partner and its portfolio companies, acting as the enabling presence behind the Lab.

The role

– Assisting with business development for Fund Partner and securing mandates

– Assisting in due diligence and managing ESG standards

– Preparing marketing materials for client and investor engagement

– Preparing presentations and corporate identity assets

– Handling administrative tasks to support communications

The profile

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Economics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management;
interest in consulting and real estate M&A: a plus

– Has not worked for more than two years

– Interest in dashboard visualisation;
knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools: a plus

– Full professional proficiency in Turkish

– Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region

– Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office)

– Degree from a UK or European university required

This is a desk-based international role within a UK-headquartered Partnership with a liaison presence in London. The role is performed remotely and involves frequent travel accompanying Bahadır Ataol, covering Turkey and the MENA region, including market observation and initial engagement visits.

The Entrepreneur will become part of the Entrepreneurship Programme, with a potential opportunity to become a co-founder of the Hospitality and Travel spin-off venture.
