IT Helpdesk 1st Line Technical Support
Looking for good IT knowledge, excellent telephone manner / customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
This role is to be the first line of support to 1000’s of user UK wide with a variety of technical issues.
You will be undertaking simple tasks on the service desk like password resets etc personally and log more complex calls on the helpdesk system to escalate on to more senior staff.
Any previous IT Helpdesk experience would be advantageous, although training will be offered.
Initially you will work a Monday – Friday office hours 37.5 hours per week.
Salary £24785 per annum.
There is a rotation that covers weekends and evenings.
This role is 100% office based in Pentwyn, Cardiff, you must live a reasonable distance to be considered.
