We are seeking a First Line Tech Support professional to provide essential technical support within a school setting. This role requires an Enhanced DBS on the update service and involves troubleshooting a variety of IT issues, maintaining equipment, and supporting both staff and students.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide first-line technical support to staff and students, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and network issues to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
*Maintain and update IT suites, classroom PCs, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure they are functioning properly.
*Configure and support Microsoft 365, including user accounts, permissions, and profiles.
*Support AV equipment such as projectors and interactive boards, ensuring they are operational for educational use.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in a technical support role, preferably in an educational setting.
*Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
*Proficient in managing and configuring Microsoft 365.
*Familiarity with AV equipment and its operation.
*Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
