My client is looking for an experienced 1/2nd line Support Engineer to join its IT department. This role will involve supporting users and maintaining systems.
Key responsibilities.
*Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and network issues
*Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and corporate devices
*Support on boarding/off boarding, account setup, identity management, and hardware preparation
*Contribute to improving IT processes and recommending hardware/software solutions
*Work independently and collaboratively within a team
