Semi Senior Accountant – Accountancy Practice – Altrincham
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
We’re working with a well-established firm in the Altrincham area that is seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practice experience who is keen to continue their professional development while working with a diverse client portfolio.

The role:
- Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Assisting with VAT returns and management accounts
- Supporting clients with bookkeeping and cloud accounting queries
- Liaising with HMRC and supporting senior accountants with ad hoc tasks
- Developing client relationships and providing excellent service
About you:
- Part-qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
