£500 – £900 per day

My client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis.

This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.

• review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
• identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points
• assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future
• evaluate realistic future-state options
• recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisation
• provide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations made
• present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible way
• strong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesign
• experience of outsourced payroll environments
• experience working across international organisations
• good judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and risk
• payroll transformation experience
• HR systems knowledge
• provider selection or transition experience
• background in both strategy and delivery
• current-state review
• options paper
• recommendation paper
• implementation roadmap
• executive presentation
