We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our flagship, BS10125-certified facility in Camberley. If you are an experienced Estimator who takes pride in precision and thrives in a modern, manufacturer-approved environment, we want to hear from you.
As a VDA at our Camberley site, you aren’t just “writing quotes”—you are the technical heartbeat of the repair process. Working with a wide portfolio of approvals (including Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, and the Stellantis group), you will ensure every vehicle is returned to the road safely and efficiently.
* Precision Assessment: Utilise your technical expertise to produce accurate, high-quality repair estimates on Audatex.
* Expert Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers, insurance partners, and our elite workshop team.
* Quality Integrity: Ensure all assessments align with NVQ standards and rigorous internal quality controls.
* Customer Journey: Manage the handover process with professionalism, ensuring a premium experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Track Record: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a VDA/Estimator within a bodyshop environment.
* Technical Authority: Strong mechanical knowledge; ATA or NVQ qualifications are highly desirable.
* Communication Pro: Ability to translate complex repair needs into clear information for customers and insurers.
* Local Reach: While based in Camberley, you’ll be part of a team serving high-demand areas across Surrey, Berkshire, and London.
