We are supporting a leading organisation within the aerospace and aviation supply chain sector that is continuing to grow across the UK and internationally. The business is known for delivering high-quality service solutions to customers operating within highly regulated and fast-paced environments.

The company is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its expanding operations team. This position will play a key role in supporting warehouse, logistics and inventory activities while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
– Receiving, sorting and organising incoming shipments and materials
– Inspecting incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
– Recording shipment details and updating inventory systems accurately
– Storing and securing materials within designated warehouse locations
– Picking and preparing items for dispatch to customers and operational teams
– Packing, labelling and preparing shipments for delivery
– Operating warehouse and material handling equipment including pallet trucks and forklifts where required
– Supporting stock control activities including inventory checks and cycle counts
– Working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to support smooth day-to-day operations
– Following company procedures alongside health & safety and quality requirements
– Supporting additional warehouse and logistics activities as required

What We’re Looking For
– Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
– Good communication and team-working skills
– Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment
– A proactive and reliable approach to work
– Aerospace or aviation industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential
