Warehouse Operative Job at Spalding, Lincolnshire Full Time

We are currently recruiting for Pickers to join a busy fresh food distribution operation in Spalding.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established employer offering regular 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota.

Shift Times:

• 6:00am – 6:00pm (Days)
• 6:00pm – 6:00am (Nights)

Pay Rates:

• Days: £13.30 per hour
• Nights: £13.71 per hour

The Role:

• Picking cases of fresh food products accurately and efficiently
• Palletising stock ready for despatch
• Following pick sheets and operational paperwork
• Using handheld scanners to locate and process orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse, picking, or production experience beneficial but not essential
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
