Bench IT require a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working fully on-site in Uttoxeter. The candidate will be responsible for providing IT support to users across the business, assisting with a variety of hardware, software, and account-related issues while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an entry level who is looking to expand their knowledge and build hands-on experience within a fast-paced IT support environment.

The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience below:

Skills & Experience Required

*Previous experience within support roles or holding an It related degree / alternative IT qualification
*Windows 10/11
*Office 365
*Active Directory
*General hardware support
*Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

*Providing IT support to end users
*Logging and managing IT incidents and service requests
*Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
*Supporting Windows and Office 365 environments
*Assisting with laptop and desktop builds/setup
*Password resets and Active Directory administration
*Escalating more complex issues where required
*Delivering excellent customer service and communication
