As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and professional healthcare sales representation to help expand our presence across the care sector.
The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and making a genuine difference within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for developing new business relationships with care homes, residential homes, nursing homes and other healthcare providers across your assigned region. This is a field-based role where you will spend time visiting prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that can improve service quality whilst delivering value.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with care homes, residential homes, nursing homes and healthcare organisations. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with decision-makers. Present A&S Pharma’s products and services professionally. Promote the benefits of our integrated consumables and pharmacy delivery service. Conduct product demonstrations where appropriate. Follow up enquiries and maintain regular customer contact.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Represent A&S Pharma professionally at all times. Work closely with the management team to support business growth strategies. What We’re Looking For Essential Full UK driving licence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence speaking with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Professional and customer-focused approach.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned location.
Desirable Experience working within care homes, nursing homes, residential homes or healthcare settings. Experience in sales. Knowledge of medical consumables, healthcare products or pharmacy services. Existing relationships within the care sector. Applicants from healthcare backgrounds such as healthcare assistants, senior carers, care home managers, nurses, pharmacy staff and healthcare sales professionals are encouraged to apply.
