The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team to assist with IT Support and analysing data. This role combines technical expertise, search engine optimization (SEO) knowledge, and creative design skills to support our organization’s IT infrastructure, enhance website visibility, and create visually appealing marketing material. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT systems.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for individuals with the following skills & experience:

• Provide technical support to staff and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
• Develop and implement effective link building strategies to increase organic traffic and domain authority.
• Analyse website performance using SEO tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for websites, social media, marketing collateral, and other digital platforms.
• Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and wireframes to effectively communicate ideas.
• Ability to assist in the promotion and marketing of the firm’s services via internal/external networking events, presentations and online articles
• Must be self-motivated, driven and enjoys a complex and varied workload
• Self-discipline to take responsibility of own work and deadlines and to progress cases quickly and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and continuously striving for self-improvement and development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Proven experience in IT support, website SEO, and graphic design roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
