We’re excited to hear from university students.If you’re on track to achieve a 2:1 or above and looking for a placement year full of learning, collaboration, and innovation- we’d love to hear from you.We are looking for students who are studying in the following fields: Product Design Polymer Science Packaging Manufacturing Chemical Engineering Physical Sciences Key Skills and Experiences Required: GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a keen interest in leadership and change management Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams Capability to work across multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, and prioritise tasks in a rapidly changing environment Creative mindset to support research and innovation Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Eligibility to work in the UK (Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship as the salary falls below the required threshold.)
