Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Operations Manager to oversee technical support operations, manage service teams, and improve operational workflows. The role includes handling escalations, monitoring service performance, and coordinating technical support activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical support or operations management
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of technical service workflows and support systems
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
Pay: £81,600.00-£122,400.00 per year
