Production Operatives – Temp to Perm
Featherstone (WF7)
£13.00 per hour (rising to £14.50 after training)
Rotating Shifts – Monday to Thursday
The Opportunity
The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Featherstone (WF7).
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday
- Rotating shifts:
- 06:00 – 15:45
- 15:45 – 01:30
- 37 hours per week
Pay Rate
- £13.00 per hour
- Increase to £14.50 per hour upon successful completion of training
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and running the folding line
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Working to production targets in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (essential)
- Experience in a warehouse or production role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Own transport is essential due to location and shift times
